Ordinary shares in Reinet Investments S.C.A. ("Reinet Shares") began trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 21 October 2008 under the symbol “REINI”. On 14 November 2017 the shares began trading on Euronext Amsterdam under the symbol “REINA”, and on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 29 November 2017 under the symbol “RNI”with the ISIN LU0383812293. The listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange is a secondary listing.
Depository receipts in respect of Reinet Shares began trading on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange operated by JSE Limited on 21 October 2008 under JSE Depository Receipt Code “REI”, and ISIN CH0045793657. These depository receipts have been cancelled and replaced by their underlying Reinet Shares, effective 29 November 2017. Previous holders of depository receipts therefore hold Reinet Shares directly. The Reinet Shares are now listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, and the depository receipt programme in South Africa has been cancelled.
A simplified structure to facilitate cross-border trading in Reinet Shares between investors on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange has been implemented.
