Reinet Investments is managed by Reinet Investments Manager, a société
anonyme (limited company) incorporated in Luxembourg, and has broad
powers to carry out all management and administrative functions in
compliance with Reinet Investments’ corporate objects. The board of
directors of Reinet Investments Manager is responsible for the
management of Reinet Investments and is required to act in Reinet
Investments’ best interests. Reinet Investments Manager is controlled
by Rupert family interests.

Johann P Rupert
Chairman of the Board of Reinet Investments Manager SA South African, born 1950 Mr.
Rupert founded Richemont in 1988 and was appointed to the board of
directors of Compagnie Financière Richemont SA in that year and has
served as Executive Chairman since 2002. He is Non-Executive Chairman
of Remgro Limited and VenFin Limited. Mr. Rupert is also the Managing
Partner of Compagnie Financière Rupert. He founded Rand Merchant Bank
in 1979 after working for Chase Manhattan Bank and Lazard Frères in New
York and has had an extensive career in international business, banking
and finance.

Alan Grieve Chief Executive Officer British, born 1952
Mr.
Grieve was appointed to the board of directors of Richemont SA (the
predecessor company to Reinet Investments SCA) in 2004. Prior to
joining Richemont’s predecessor companies in 1986, he worked in the
accountancy profession with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst &
Young. He served as Company Secretary of Richemont from 1988 until
2004. He is a director of various subsidiary companies of the Remgro
Limited and VenFin Limited groups and is a founding member of the
Laureus Sport for Good Global Foundation

Joshua Malherbe
South African, born 1955
Mr. Malherbe has been with VenFin Limited in Stellenbosch, South Africa since its incorporation in 2000. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer until May 2006 at which time he was appointed as Deputy Chairman. Mr Malherbe qualified as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1984 having commenced his career with the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then joined the Corporate Finance Department of Rand Merchant Bank in 1985 and was a General Manager of the Bank before he moved to Rembrandt Group Limited in 1990, also being involved with Richemont at that time. He was appointed as Director - Investments of Rembrandt in 1993 and served in this position until the formation of VenFin. He serves as a Director on boards of a number of companies, including Dimension Data Holdings PLC, Sabido Investments (Pty) Limited (the holding company of e.tv) and Remgro Limited.

Eloy Michotte
Belgian, born 1948
Mr. Michotte was appointed to the board of directors of Richemont SA (the
predecessor company to Reinet Investments SCA) in 1988. He has had an
extensive career in international business and finance and worked for
Ford, McKinsey & Co and Bankers Trust Company prior to joining
Richemont. As Head of Corporate Finance for Richemont, Mr. Michotte
has responsibility for mergers and acquisitions and serves on the
boards of a number of companies in which Richemont holds an interest.

Dr Frederick Mostert
South African, born 1959
Dr. Mostert holds a masters degree from Columbia University School of Law
in New York City and a doctorate from the University of Johannesburg.
He is a member of the New York Bar, a solicitor of England and Wales,
and practised corporate law at Shearman and Sterling and international
intellectual property law at Fross, Zelnick, Lehrman & Zissu in New
York. He joined Richemont in 1990. Dr Mostert is a past President of
the International Trademark Association, serves on the Advisory Council
of the McCarthy Center for Intellectual Property and Technology Law, is
a guest professor at Peking University and a Fellow of the London
School of Economics. He is a Director of Freedom Under Law, Laureus
World Sports Awards Limited, Walpole, Bespoke Innovations Sàrl and
Columbus VC SA, a subsidiary of Reinet.
